Eid al-Adha

 EID AL-ADHA 

hi guys today I want to share about Eid al-Adha . Eid al-Adha is the second of the two main festival in Islam alongside Eid al-Fitr.it falls on the 10th of Dhu Al - Hijja.As Eid al - fitr , the Eid prayer is performed on the morning of Eid al-Adha.After which the ritual sacrifice of a livestock animal is performed.

Furthermore, the sacrificial animal must be a sheep, lamb ,goat ,cow,bull or a camel .The animal also must be in a good health and over certain age in order to be slaughtered , in a halal friendly, Islamic way .this occasion in remembrance of prophet Ibrahim 's sacrifice for Allah SWT .

Traditionally, the day is spent celebrating with family and friends, often wearing best attire and the giving of gifts
